Zach wants to get back to his High School weight from 7 years ago. He weighed in at 260 and wants to get back to 190. He is a single father of twins, boy and girl and works and spends his time raising them. He has let his weight get to high and is willing to put himself on video to keep him motivated. Over the next few weeks we will watch his progress and try to help and motivate him to stay with his work out routine and change his eating habits.
