This is part one of my weight lifting workout with the Jillian Michaels “No More Trouble Zones. This workout, though advanced, some of the moves are quite easy to keep up with. The weights I am using are 5 pounds. Start off VERY low like 2-3 if you are a beginner. This video has provided me with great ways to tone and shape my body. Make sure to watch part 2!
