This is my first video of a series on how to lose weight and keep it off. We’ll journey through the concept of energy in / energy out, how you use it to shed fat and finally exame some of the more popular myths associated with weight loss. In this video we look at how “BMR” (“basal metabolic rate”) and “TDEE” (“total daily energy expenditure”) work and how the principle behind them is applied when you want to lose weight.
